“The staff here was so sweet! If I had gotten their name, I would mention them for such great service! I adopted my dog Sully in the middle of May so I’ve only had him for about 2 months. He’s still kinda nervous when going out to new places but the person here was kind and gentle. They respected his space, offered gentle pets and were great with me when they gave me a quick tour of their self service wash bay room. During Sully’s bath, I popped my head out and asked if they had any treats I could give him to reward his amazing behavior during the bath and blowdry fully intending to pay for said treats however they asked if he had any preference and offered multiple options. After his bath, he got some well deserved compliments, the staff then handed me a little to-go bag with some extra treats and I again offered to purchase the treats and they insisted that they were on the house. I didn’t spend much time looking at their inventory so I can’t recommend products but I will 1000% recommend this location for their self service dog wash and their AWESOME customer service!
